Single Tooth Implants
Replacing one missing tooth without touching the neighbours.
I'm Dr Mahesh Kumar S, BDS, FICOI (USA). Helping patients restore function, replace missing teeth and regain confidence through modern implant and restorative dentistry, complemented by natural and timeless aesthetics.

A focused practice built around long-term function and quiet, considered aesthetics.
I'm Dr Mahesh Kumar S — a Bachelor of Dental Surgery who chose dentistry for one reason: the chance to combine precise craftsmanship with quiet, considered care for real people.
My practice is intentionally focused: dental implants, restorative dentistry, and natural aesthetic work. I'd rather do a handful of disciplines exceptionally well than offer everything to everyone.
Every treatment plan begins with a conversation — never a hard sell. We talk through what's bothering you, what success looks like, and the conservative path to get there.
Implant dentistry is the closest modern medicine gets to replacing a natural tooth. Chew, smile, and forget it's there.
Replacing one missing tooth without touching the neighbours.
Implant-supported bridges for several missing teeth in a row.
Fixed teeth for an entire arch — function and confidence, restored.
Implant placement at the time of extraction, when biology allows.
Rebuilding lost ridge volume for predictable long-term implants.
CBCT-planned, surgical-guide placed — predictable, minimally invasive.
Beautiful dentistry shouldn't announce itself. Guided by your facial proportions, your bite, and the biology of the tooth underneath.
Ultra-thin ceramic shells that mimic natural enamel — minimal prep, lifelike result.
Reversible, conservative artistry — reshape, close gaps, and rebuild edges in a single visit.
A coordinated plan blending restorative and aesthetic work for a coherent, biology-respecting result.
Safely supervised whitening protocols — predictable shade, no enamel compromise.
Dentistry, done well, is one of the few disciplines that lets you be a scientist and a craftsman at the same time, in service of a real person sitting six inches in front of you.
Every restoration starts with how it will function — how you bite, how forces travel, how the gums respond a decade from now. Aesthetics layer on top of a sound foundation.
Composite before veneer, veneer before crown, repair before replace — that's the order, every time. Enamel is irreplaceable.
The best aesthetic work looks like the smile you should have had all along. Healthy gums, natural proportions, lifelike translucency.
